Noori is a Brazilian company that has developed the V02 AIRY, an innovative rocket stove designed to offer a four-in-one cooking and heating solution. The product integrates a barbecue grill, pizza oven, and fire pit into a single unit, making it one of the most versatile outdoor cooking systems on the market. The design team includes Eduardo Gayotto (Designer), Plinio Ruschi (Environmental Engineer), and Pedro Heldt (Architect), whose expertise in industrial design, sustainability, and structural engineering played a key role in shaping the stove’s functionality and aesthetics.
Conceptual development for the V02 AIRY began in 2017, with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and adaptability. The system is based on the rocket stove principle, a combustion technology known for high thermal efficiency and reduced fuel consumption, producing a cleaner burn with minimal emissions. After an extensive prototyping phase, Noori officially launched the V02 AIRY in 2021.
During the development of our own product, the V02 AIRY was not available for purchase, suggesting that Noori may still be refining its production, adjusting its market strategy, or preparing for a broader release. This lack of availability underscored the opportunity to explore alternative design directions and technological innovations within this segment.1 2
